We believe that you love RainbowboxBeauty products, however if you change your mind and wish to return, please contact us at info@boutique-beautybox.com or contact at our instagram, with in 14 days of your delivery date.
If the goods are damaged and need to be replaced, please contact us, we will deal with it as soon as possible.
If a return is required, we will provide a shipping label and cover the costs if the item is damaged. If the customer simply doesn't like the product, they will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Free shipping applies to the original shipment only.
